Prices

At Calypso Imports Limited our policy is to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate. In the event an error does occur a member of our staff will contact the customer to confirm if they would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.Cancellation
Calypso Imports Limited operate a 'If you are not happy, we are not happy' policy for cancellation. This will allow our customers the reassurance of a cooling off period after placing an order.

Damaged Items

If you receive damaged goods please contact our customer services department on 0844 8711848 as soon as possible. We will then contact the courier. This does not affect your statuary rights as a consumer.Damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us suitably packaged, and we will send replacements. Calypso Imports Limited’s policy is to ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. Therefore we are unable to accept by return any item of food or beverage that has been opened and has been touched by any person. Any exception to this must be obtained in writing from our customer services department.

Returns

Our customers may cancel their order for any reason provided:They notify us of their cancellation in writing or by e-mail to the address indicated on this page within seven working days of placing an order. Items that have been delivered and are to be returned must remain unused and unopened. They or the recipient keep and take reasonable care of the goods until collected by our courier. They are reasonable in making the goods available for collection by our carrier. Our courier only operates between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 and so can only make collections during the daytime on working days (not Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). Collections will normally be completed within 28 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We will pay the costs of collection unless you or the recipients fail to enable the successful collection of the items in question within 28 days of the cancellation.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our On-line shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the basket. After you have finished shopping, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, email, Post or over the Internet.

Delivery

Deliveries will be made will be courier of our choice, and on some occassions may even be made by our staff. All deliveries will be dispatched within 48 hours of order placement.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Complaints Procedure

At Calypso Imports we take any complaint seriously and will be acknowledge any complaints within 5 working days. Our aim is to resolve complaints to mutual satisfaction within 15 working days. Any comments at all on our products or service will be taken very seriously as we strive to become the most reliable on-line supplier of specialist food and drink. Likewise any products that you would like to see featured - let us know!
